Sharif has recently joined the new Keller-Williams Real Estate office in Visalia.  He has assembled a team of professionals to provide full services to those in his target area, which includes Visalia and other towns in Tulare County as well as the foothill communities of both Tulare and Fresno County (Badger, Miramonte, Pinehurst, Dunlap, Squaw Valley).

Selling your Home:

If you currently own property and are thinking of placing it on the market, this site contains information about preparing your home for sale, selecting the right agent, pricing your home appropriately, marketing it effectively, going through the inspection processes, and receiving a timely market evaluation.  One of the most useful tools is the Your Homes Value button, which is a simple form to email in to get an estimate of the current value of your home.  Also check out the buttons for Free Reports, Buyer-Seller Tips and Resource Center. 

Finding a Home:

If you are looking for a home or a lot in the area of Miramonte or Badger, please click on the Featured Listings button on this site for to see the properties currently listed in this area. 

To view all the listings available today in Fresno County, go to the Search MLS button.  You can search for any city or community in Fresno county, including Miramonte, Dunlap, Squaw Valley, Sanger, Orosi, Reedley and many others (note:  Badger is in Tulare, not Fresno, county and the Tulare MLS is not up on here yet.  It will be soon).   When you search these listings you will be asked to leave your email address so that we know who is interested.  We will send you followup emails every few months to let you know of properties currently listed in the mountain'foothills areas.  You can also fill out the Dream Home Finder to let Sharif know what you are looking for in a home.

Our Community Involvement:

Sharif Harris and his wife Sulfiati have been active members of the community since moving here in 2001.  Sharif is on the Board of the Central Sierra Chamber of Commerce, and Sulfiati does the website for the Chamber.  Sulfiati runs the After School Program at Dunlap School and also teaches art to the elementary classes there.  She also has worked with the Tuning In Camp, which has now become Camp Badger which will be held at Seven Circles Retreat in Badger this summer.
